Descriptive title

FORMAT and FILE-NAMING

• All submissions must be pdf files - preferably created in TeX/LaTeX
• File names should include your own name

The proposal should contain:

1. Why is this interesting?

2. How does it relate to my background and skill set?  You should have a significant background in anything you propose.  

3. The proposal must include a brief discussion of prior art and an indication of how prior art will be advanced.

4. One or two references would be good to include.
